Mushrooms à la crème

Recette : champignons à la crème



Mushrooms (at least 1 kg)
1 chopped onion
1 big chopped garlic clove
 7 peeled potato
Crème fraîche
Salt, pepper
3 tbs olive oil 


Clean the mushrooms under cold water and cut them into chunks.

In a pan, pour water over the peeled potatoes, bring to a boil and let them cook for 15 min. Remove water and let it rest on the side.

In a large pan, heat 3 tbs olive oil with the onion. Once the onion turns yellow, add the mushrooms. Let it cook between 8-10 min then add the garlic. Wait a little and then add the crème fraîche. Cook for another 3 min at low to medium heat. Season to taste.

Serve on a plate with the hot potatoes.
You may also accompany this recipe with a crusty baguette and butter.
